Read aloud in the
correct pronunciation and intonation: word, phrase, and simple sentence.

Spell and rewrite very simple words correctly.

1. Pre
activities (10 minutes)
a. Greeting
A :
“Good morning student?”
B :
“Good morning miss.”
A :
“How are you to day?”
B :
“ I’m fine, thank you and you?”

“I’m fine too, thank you.”
b. Introducing
the teacher and the students.
A :
“I will introduce myself.”

c. Check

the previous knowledge

2. Main
activity (55 minutes)
a. The
teacher shows the alphabet paper
on the blackboard and
give the example how to spell
it.
b. The
students just observe the alphabet paper
and listen to the teacher carefully.
c. The
teacher asks the student to repeat to spell
after the teacher.
d. The
teacher give example how to spell the alphabet
phonic A until Z.
e. The teacher ask the students the simple question,
The examples :
Teacher: “What is your
name?
Student : “My name
is Ita”
Teacher : “Can you
spell your name?.”
Student : “Sure. It
is I – T -A
f. The
teacher give example of very simple sentence and dialogue related about alphabet and asks to students to read it.
Example :
A :
“what is your name?”
B :
“my name is naruto”
A : “Excuse me. Can
you spell your name?”
B : “Sure. It
Is N – A – R – U – T – O”
g. The teacher asks each two students in
front of the class and than ask them to read the dialogue
on the blackboard but the name
changed with the students name.
h. The teacher gives the students the vocabulary alphabet
and ask one by one students to read the vocabulary alphabet. The example : “A
for Apple”.

The teacher ask the
student to make a group consist for 4 or 5 students and then the teacher gives
them an exercise. The teacher gives time about 15 minutes to students for
discussion (jumble words) and then
explain it in the front of the class.
j.
The teacher gives
worksheet to student and gives time to work for about 10 minutes.
k. The
teacher collects students’ worksheet.
3. Post
Activities (5 minutes)
a. The
teacher reviews all of the materials.
b. The
teacher asks the students about the difficulties of the material
“OK students, any question?”
c.
The teacher gives
conclution about the alphabet material
d.
The teacher gives
homework for the students.
e. The
teacher closes the lesson.
“I think is enough for today,
thanks for your attention students. See you next week and good bye.”
